Two Day Sumi Drawing Workshop

DATE: Fri September 26th & Sat September 27th
TIME: 1pm -4pm

This two-day workshop explores the history and expressive potential of sumi ink drawing. Participants will engage with both traditional and experimental techniques, including suminagashi (Japanese marbling), and create large-scale sumi ink compositions. This hands-on experience fosters creative exploration while honoring the rich tradition of sumi-e painting.

LENGTH: 2 Sessions - 3 Hours Each

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

  • All necessary supplies to include tools, ink, paper, and materials

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 14 OR OLDER.
